Once your order leaves our hands we are no longer responsible for any delays , damages or lost packages. Any claims regarding lost or damaged packages must be filed by customer via the official shipping carriers website.

Please be sure to check your items as soon as they are delivered for any damages or errors, as we only allow 3 days after delivery to report any issues due to inventory purposes.
